I lead the Web Design program at the Stroganov Academy's College of Design and Decorative Arts and have authored the core curriculum, which I update every year not because I have to, but because design changes fast, and so should education. Graduates work at Art. Lebedev Studio, AGIMA, MTS, AlfaStrakhovanie, and many continue their education at leading universities.

I treat the program like a product – with User Stories, a CJM, and a clear focus on outcomes. It evolves constantly, responding to new tools, shifts in the job market, and student feedback. The goal is simple: make the path to employment clearer for those ready to apply their skills right away

The wins speak for themselves – my students regularly compete with top design schools and even working professionals, and they hold their own. But what matters more to me is the growing number of returning employers and students landing jobs while still in their senior years

The works you see here span multiple cohorts — from 2019 to 2025. They show how a designer grows: from basic foundation exercises and abstract compositions (2019, 2020, 2023, 2025), through navigation systems and printed publications (2019, 2020, 2023, 2024), to early interface experiments (2019, 2020, 2021, 2023) and, finally, full-fledged graduation theses (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022).
