A team project developed as part of my higher education in software development – a schedule aggregator that combines university and partner (Netology) calendars into a single unified grid. I designed the interface and contributed to the frontend. One of the key challenges was preserving the visual identity of both institutions while fitting everything into one consistent layout – and meeting the deadlines.
Project specifics
Students enrolled in joint programs face a common inconvenience: schedules and deadlines are split across two separate platforms. With no synchronization between them, students have to manually check both interfaces – increasing the risk of missing a class or an important deadline.

The goal of the project was to make schedules and deadlines accessible in a single interface – reducing the number of steps students need to take when planning their week.
human factor
Since we wanted to build a highly flexible system, our initial plan to compress headers into a compact format had to be adapted. That’s always the case when there’s no unified naming convention – you're essentially dealing with User Generated Content, even within what seems like a strict format
Dual deadlines
Since there are effectively two schedules – even if synchronized – there are also two sets of deadlines. One straightforward way to distinguish them visually was color differentiation. The challenge was to design a harmonious color palette that could be reinforced with more saturated accents when needed
interface clarity
Despite the compact layout, users shouldn't lose any information available on the original platforms. That's why every class or deadline comes with a detailed card. The interface also makes it immediately clear which classes have already passed and what day of the week it is

The service ended up being used not only by students in our own course, but also by students from other cohorts in the same partner program – reaching up to 60 unique users per week.
